You will notice that the goal area is marked with '+5' for throws. If you kick the ball into this area, you will receive 5 extra points instead of the usual 1 point. When in the goalkeeper position, observe the direction of the ball flying towards the goal, predict where it will approach the net, and jump to block it in time.
